Good experience with this website twice. Vegan snacks available for my dog, purchased an elevated dog bowl which is great aesthetic and for my dog to not have to bend her neck so much, a nice couch bed for her to sit near me as she likes to be close but not affectionate and I like my couch to stay relatively hair free and I have purchased a dog coat too. Overall good experience. Haven't needed to return anything yet so not sure what that would be like. Delivery time has been good from mainland europe to ireland.

Items took forever to ship out and once they did ship out they are taking ages to arrive? Ordered June 9th and it is June 22th, still nothing has arrived? Very unhappy about this.

No news so far, object not received, no answer to my request

I already know well the product I have ordered, so its quality is not the question. But I should have received it many days ago, I did not received anything, and I have no answer to the request I sent in order to know what was the situation. Thus, I am not satisfied with the service. And it is all the more a problem that I leave this place in two days so that I will not be able to use the object for my dog while I needed it.

Deuxième commande pour le hub Le suivi de colis est très obsolète je ne sais pas où est mon colis toujours pas arrivé ni quand celui-ci j'espère arrivera. They cancelled my order after 6 days

6 days after i placed an order, I received an email informing me that they could not ship to my country (Greece_. I don't understand why was i then able to place an order for Greece in the first place (they claim to send all through Europe) and why did it take 6 days before they could let me know.

Très déçu du support client. Ils ne donnent pas l'impression de vouloir vous aider. Le point de livraison était incorrect (en point relais alors que je suis sur avoir commandé à mon domicile) et la quantité livrée est incorrecte. Dommage, la première commande il y a 6 mois était parfaite Very bad customer support. They don't give the feeling they want to help you. The point of delivery was incorrect (relay point but i'm sure i ordered to my private address for delivery) and the quantity delivered is not correct. Pitty, my first order 6 months ago was perfect.

Wrong delivery time estimates and bad customer service

When I was placing order the website claimed that the product is available and will be shipped at the latest within two days. After three days of waiting nothing had happened but I got an email from customer service stating that the product is not available and the new batch will arrive after four days. The order was shipped one day later after their informed new batch arrival date - so it was shipped eight days after placing the order. Now, 12 days after ordering I still haven't got it and customer support is not willing to give any compensation. I had to buy food for my dog from another place since it was not delivered in reasonable time even though I had calculated quite a lot of "error marginal" for the delivery time. Wouldn't be a big issue If the food was just ordinary stuff but on this case it's special veterinary diet food which is not widely available and I had to go a long way to get it from brick and mortar pet store.

Le service après-vente est extrêmement nul. Aucune réaction de leurs part malgré mon effort d'envoyer un mail en anglais pour me faire comprendre 👎 J'ai un problème avec une de mes gamelles, j'en achète 3 pour mes 3 chats, l'une d'entre elle et défectueuse, cela fais deja la 3ème fois que je change les piles et aujourd'hui, denouveau je dois les changer car la gamelle ne veut plus s'ouvrir, d'ailleurs cette meme gamelle la puce de ce dernier ouvre la gamelle d'une autre gamelle et heureusement dans ce cas ci, le beuge fait qu'il peut encore manger sinon il mourrait de faim...

Avoid! Waste of time

Avoid! Ordered 15th Nov, nothing shipped out,messaged, turns out one item not in stock.. Will be 23rd, waited, delayed again til 28th asked to send separate they said no. Asked to cancel the delayed item, they said klarna sorts the refunds and I have to ask them. Waited weeks for the sent items, tracking with postnord not working, nothing arrived told to wait til 12th Dec and they will help. 12th Dec I asked to resend but with dhl, they refused and said refund only an will take further 5 days. Waste of time! Avoid this awful company
