Good experience with this website twice. Vegan snacks available for my dog, purchased an elevated dog bowl which is great aesthetic and for my dog to not have to bend her neck so much, a nice couch bed for her to sit near me as she likes to be close but not affectionate and I like my couch to stay relatively hair free and I have purchased a dog coat too. Overall good experience. Haven't needed to return anything yet so not sure what that would be like. Delivery time has been good from mainland europe to ireland.

Items took forever to ship out and once they did ship out they are taking ages to arrive? Ordered June 9th and it is June 22th, still nothing has arrived? Very unhappy about this.

Highly recommend :)

Very good customer support, I had few questions before purchase, and all of them have been answered quickly on chat. My order was shipped even sooner than estimated, and since I needed a safe transport cage for my dogs urgently, I really appreciate that. In addition, free shipment from Sweden to Poland :) Highly recommend this store! I was a bit nervous about ordering from a different country, but now I can honestly recommend Tinybuddy :)

thanks for the products

The products were well packed and the delivery was reasonably fast to Finland. The dogs liked all the treats. It was a surprise that some of the products were packed loosely. It was really good for avoiding unnecessary packaging material and the dogs had a lot of fun when the dogs tore up the good-smelling empty transport package to pass the time ;)

Perfect customer service and delivery logistics! I got an issue where my package could not be delivered to me due to holidays, it was sent back, I didn't even had to contact them and they sent me the package back without delays. Also whenever I contact them I get a fast and nice response.

Poussette trixie pour chien

Produit correspond à la description maintenant a voir à l'usage. Par contre le relais colis le narval a refusé le colis soit disant trop gros n'avait pas la place. C'est inadmissible, j'ai dû faire 40kms pour le récupérer dans un autre relais. Vraiment de mauvaise foi car colis pas gros.

The staff at Tinybuddy has been lovely! Extremely friendly and helpful, I'm so grateful. I had an issue with the delivery and they helped me out straight away. They have an incredible range of product and my dog absolutely adores the toys I got for him. Strongly recommended!

Very good quality and design

I initally ordered the size small harness for my Schnoodle (miniture schnauzer & miniture poodle mix) but unfortunately I had to go up a size. Quality and design is very good. I reordered the next size up. Looking forward to recieving my order.

Biscuit gets her favourite treats on time

My cat Biscuit is very particular about her treats. She will only eat (and retain) the Monster freeze dried treats. Tinybuddy always delivers them promptly and the price (outside of Norway where Monster resides) is reasonable.
