Pros
- kellys ships an order the first moment they are active (during business hours at business days)
- parcel service delivers (within Netherlands) the day after shipping
- if the parcel service delivers drink cans damaged, kellys ships replacement cans the first moment they are active
- if asking kellys for a popular (U.S.) food product (such as those not available in major Dutch food stores), depending on legality of Dutch law (which can be illegal, such as products, sold spread over the globe, yet illegal within the EU, *cough* kitkat chocolate bar flavor *cough*), as far as I know, they sell if it's legal
Cons
- as kellys requires a minimum order price, if for ordering a single piece of a single product, such as when wanting to know a product's taste, one can't order
Kelly’s handle the order fine apart from sending two packages instead of one. DHL are the problem as I’ve only received one of the packages & I’ve had to chase the other delivery myself. I won’t be ordering from Kelly’s online until the change the courier company DHL.

I love Kelly’s - pies, bacon, cakes, tarts, puddings, chocolate, crumpets, scones, etc.etc. Those British foodstuffs available on line and in store that cheer you up!
But … there are certain things one needs to address to make this store/chain even better:
A. The (e-)shop window is full of goodies, but on closer inspection there is a lot out of stock,
B. On that same topic - it is a shame that not all can be home delivered,
C. It is irritating that I have to tap twice on the ‘add to cart’ button to really get the item in my cart,
D. It is weird that I sometimes get 2 confirmations that the item is actually in the cart,
E. It is annoying that I must fill in my birthday every time I order.
F. There is more stuff to sell, like the food of Marks&Spencer and other brands.

They packed my order really well. Also gave me a good track and trace code to follow. Nothing wrong with that. The only thing that didn't come home okay was a can of pringles crisps, which wasn't great, but didn't do too much harm. The thing i'd like to see changed is frozen/refrigerated food being allowed for shipping. In the past i've had frozen food being shipped without a problem. Current day i can't buy frozen food as it can't be shipped to my home. Living 200+ km away from the closest store makes it impossible to acquire the food items i'd love.

This is the only site I found in europe that sells Aussie Vegemite, fantastic My kids and grandkids love it.
My son also found Aussie Fosters beer and ordered a few for this old man.
Frey Bentos Steak & Kidney pies go like hot-cakes and are often out of stock. luckily I received an e-mail last week that they were in stock again, and within 2 days I had 6 at home (excellent service), (I also ordered and received 5x cheese & onion within 2 days).
Suggestion- maybe some more Australian munchies like Cheese Twisties and Chicken Twisties.

I don't think the service provided by Kelly's an really be bettered, but the same cannot be said of their delivery service, DHL. They sent an e-mail saying that the delivery would be made at a certain time on Wednesday. Nothing arrived, not was there any apology. The following day I received another e-mail telling me the delivery would be made between certain times. Again nothing arrived. The delivery was finally made some two hours after the time originally stated. There was, of course, no apology.

Top service
I've been using Kelly's for several years now and there has never been a problem with their service. Communication is excellent and emailed questions replied to almost immediately. Delivery of orders is quick, and the biggest compliment I can give is to their packing department. Everything is extremely well-wrapped to avoid breakages or damage. There is not much that Kelly's can do better, apart from maybe adding even more English grocery items to their assortment.

I like that things are sent out quickly and well packaged. I was sad things wee out of stock but that may be because of the holidays. I wish I could get frozen and chilled delivered to the house as I cannot get to Utrect we live in limburg.
Failing that please open a shop in Venlo or roermond. Loads of people would be so chuffed.keep prices competitive.

The selection of goods is excellent. It's nice to be able to purchase goods from England and USA here in NL. What I didn't like was that several items that I wished to buy were our of stock. The happens often. It is probably difficult to order all the goods that you would like to import. Otherwise all the articles that you have are fine.

Ik woon meer dan vijftig jaar in Nederland en toch verlang je weleens naar dingen die je doorgaans moeilijk in Nederland kan vinden. Kelly's heeft een groot assortiment en een hele snelle levering. Ik ben er blij mee! Customer service kan ik niet beoordelen: nog niet nodig gehad.

Bestelling netjes op tijd en compleet afgeleverd. Prijzen vallen mee voor buitenlandse producten.
De minimale bestel bedragen voor iDeal en credit cards zijn redelijk. Echter zou beter eerder in het bestelproces kunnen genoemd worden i.p.v. pas bij het poging tot betalen.
