- kellys ships an order the first moment they are active (during business hours at business days)
- parcel service delivers (within Netherlands) the day after shipping
- if the parcel service delivers drink cans damaged, kellys ships replacement cans the first moment they are active
- if asking kellys for a popular (U.S.) food product (such as those not available in major Dutch food stores), depending on legality of Dutch law (which can be illegal, such as products, sold spread over the globe, yet illegal within the EU, *cough* kitkat chocolate bar flavor *cough*), as far as I know, they sell if it's legal
Cons
- as kellys requires a minimum order price, if for ordering a single piece of a single product, such as when wanting to know a product's taste, one can't order
Kelly’s handle the order fine apart from sending two packages instead of one. DHL are the problem as I’ve only received one of the packages & I’ve had to chase the other delivery myself. I won’t be ordering from Kelly’s online until the change the courier company DHL.
Prices are notably lower than British Corner Shop. Could perhaps be a wider selectionof options in some categories (alcohol, for example). Box arrived with everything VERY well wrapped...maybe even a bit too much wrapping (environment).
Kelly's always has a great range of products to help offset homesickness, and the prices are, in my view, quite reasonable. With home delivery everything is packed extremely well (it's a bit like unwrapping Christmas presents).
Good experience.
Internet site works well. clear and efficient ordering process. My orders have always been dispatched and delivered within a day or two. This time DHL failed to turn up twice: delivery on the third attempt.

The only drawback I had was that the track and trace never showed and I missed the delivery man. Perhaps next time, send me the code earlier so I can be at home when it’s to be delivered. Otherwise I love my purchases.

Pkg arrived earlier than expected which was great but it was packaged with a lot of boxes and packing. I love that they use recycled paper packing but maybe it was excessive? It was several boxes inside a huge box.

Great selection of items. Unfortunately many were out of stock. The website would log me out of my account after some time sitting idle, and I would have to start the order process again. Extremely frustrating!

Online orders, home delivery
I always order online, and choose to have it home delivered. All items are well wrapped and parcels are mostly received within 2-3 days...the only thing you can possibly do better is to open a shop in Limburg 😂😂

Shopping online with Kelly’s is easy and simple. There are some items in certain categories that should not be there but that is a minor. Kellys has almost everything you need if you miss your home comforts.

Delivery a bit slow
Delivery took 7 days instead of the 2-4 days stated on the website. And I had to send an email inquiry to get tracking info. But everything else was perfect, and the packaging was very good.

Best breakfast cereal - Shredded Wheat.
As usual, items arrived very efficiently, with delivery predicted to within one hour so one doesn't have to wait around all day. Of course, the items, Shredded Wheat, are like gold.

Stayed in all afternoon waiting for delivery. Did not come. No reason given. Not obvious when it would be delivered. 1 or 2 days delay they said. Both soup tins badly dented

Would be nice to have the tracking number when the order is shipped. Its a shame that you do not send chilled products via the carrier. Otherwise a good service.
Easy website,fast delivery,good products and well packed!
The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars
is because too often things I want to buy are out of stock.
