- kellys ships an order the first moment they are active (during business hours at business days)
- parcel service delivers (within Netherlands) the day after shipping
- if the parcel service delivers drink cans damaged, kellys ships replacement cans the first moment they are active
- if asking kellys for a popular (U.S.) food product (such as those not available in major Dutch food stores), depending on legality of Dutch law (which can be illegal, such as products, sold spread over the globe, yet illegal within the EU, *cough* kitkat chocolate bar flavor *cough*), as far as I know, they sell if it's legal
Cons
- as kellys requires a minimum order price, if for ordering a single piece of a single product, such as when wanting to know a product's taste, one can't order
Kelly’s handle the order fine apart from sending two packages instead of one. DHL are the problem as I’ve only received one of the packages & I’ve had to chase the other delivery myself. I won’t be ordering from Kelly’s online until the change the courier company DHL.
The company I used to use based in UK has gone bankrupt. Now I can see why. Kellys offer a good and manageable range keeping up high quality and the items are properly packed ina sturdy box. The previopsu company used boxes which did not seem to hold together.
So anyone looking for a new source for UK food need look no further.

I really like this company
I really like shopping with this company. Their site is easy to use, and payment is smooth. Their service is fast and delivery is always within the specified timeframe. The products are well distributed in the boxes and glass items are safely padded. I will definitely shop with them on a regular basis.

Fast delivery as ordered
Everything was packed very well and delivery was fast. This was my first order and I didn't know that I don't receive tracking information. Because I didn't know the delivery date I was not at home so I had to pick the package myself. Not a big issue.

I found several of my favorites
I liked being able to buy peanut butter, Splenda for baking and A&W Root beer.
I would love it if you had 5th Avenue candy bars (I think they are from Hershey's Chocolate).
