Great product selection and availability, and excellent prices!! I love that they ship quickly to the US! The only issue I had with my order was that I only got one receipt although I made two purchases on the same day. I wasn’t sure if my first order was received but I did find it in my account so I hoped it was being processed, because the delivery was late. However, everything arrived and Fundis sent me the receipt just before it got here. All products were packaged well and as described online!

Their products are good. Their customer service and returns process are not good. I had to write multiple emails to even understand a returns process. And once I did, I realized I had to pay return shipping - to Germany. I tried UPS and they wanted to charge over $250. So, then, a trip to the post office, where that charge was $60, but if there is a duty to pay to reenter Germany on the return, that could be another $110. Not very good for a pair of horse boots that cost just under $300. Like I said, good products, but I will not order from them again. Just WAY too much hassle.
