I have been buying Puch Parts from Puchshop since 2015. Generally, over these 8 years, the experience has been a positive one. They sell a comprehensive range of parts, the ordering and delivery service is very good and I very much appreciate the Youtube films they produce that cover a very wide range of 'How to' topics on a wide range of fixing and tuning your Puch Maxi. They also introduce new products, which is also very helpful in terms of potential purchases. I also appreciate the efforts they have made to produce these films in English, as being my Dutch is rubbish! They also provide quite a good customer response by email, if and when you experience problems or need a little technical advise. However, I have felt quite let down by the recent experience of purchasing two of the reproduction rear hubs, with built in bearings, which in both cases have a manufacturing problem with the freewheel thread. These strip as soon as you attempt to install the freewheel. When I initially raised this issue by email, they stated that they needed to check with the others they had in stock. They then confirmed that there was a manufacturing problem and that they would have to be withdrawn from sale as suitable for pedal start engines. Puchshop then offloaded these hubs as suitable for kickstart models only, which seemed fair enough. However, despite chasing them over the issue and receiving a very short and vague response, I am, a year later, still waiting for any information as to if and when I might either receive replacement parts, or a refund (70 Euros). This whole experience has really left me feeling quite let down by Puchshop, it has also surprised me given how hard they seem to try and work on the customer service side of their business. I completely understand that sourcing reproduction parts can sometimes lead to problems with manufacturers, but failing to communicate with customers, especially loyal ones who spend quite large amounts of money with the company, makes no sense at all. I still wait - one year on - to hear from Puchshop.

Good.....But one big let down

I was looking for advice and guidance on which products I could use for my project. and I turn to the PuchShop support email. the support help me with the right bits and I got the whole thing ordered. and received it all after 3 days. and everything is as it should be. I had a really good experience and received an incredibly good service. Thank you very much Puchshop.de

Seriousness, promptness and good quality.

You are a serious company, quality parts. In the order was exactly what I ordered. I would also like you to add more spare parts for Manet Korado to your portfolio in the future. They were equipped with Puch engines. Also, the price of transport in Romania is a bit high.

excellent service and delivery also very well packed.however the last 2 parcels i received from puchshop both had been opened by somebody(nothing was missing)the parcel had been basiclly resealed.could this be customs or thieves,please be aware of this
