I bought a pair of your socks forever snd a day ago while in europe. I still wear them to this day. I was unaware that the company was still around until a few months ago. Since then, i've purchased several pairs of cycling and running socks and I couldn't be happier with the quality, comfort, and design. My only suggestion is more color options on the aero cycling socks. Chapeau!
Terrible product and absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered two shirts, one arrived damaged with the writing already peeling off but both were not the quality I was expecting. I don’t think they would make it through an entire run. I requested a refund. Both shirts were in original packaging and never worn. Refund was denied. I contacted them again and got nowhere. Opened up a dispute with PayPal, Compressport offered half the money I paid. I declined the offer as again I’ve never worn the shirts, never even tried them on, they are in original condition and packaging. This company advertises easy returns on their site but it has been anything but easy. As a long time trail runner I’ve hear many horrible things about this company and their reputation but didn’t listen and gave them a chance. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all cost. What a joke.

I didn't receive the product
Good morning. Unfortunately I was unable to receive the product as the delivery was delayed and I was sightseeing in the USA. I live in Brazil and I request a refund of the amount paid or a refund to my address in Brazil because I am no longer in the USA.

the page is super slow to render, even selecting a new size is slow; every item reloads the entire page making super slow and it gets lost when I navigate from an email into a discount page after I select the country it takes me to the landing page of that country store I a loose what I was looking for

Customer Service Sucks - Doesn't Seem To Exist in Reality
Purchased almost USD $200 of gear, less than a week later the prices dropped so I emailed customer service asking for a price adjustment and have not received any reply ever. I also tried to call the international number to speak to someone and it just hits voice mail - no response or reply of any kind.
