What ordered were just what I wanted.

The store shipped the original order very quickly but the carrier trashed the parcel. They shipped the new one immediately which I really appreciated but the logistics company broke it again. I suspect the packaging was simply insufficient/inadequate to the content (glass). I sent another email to Livehelfi, they replied they would check but nothing is happening. Have been waiting 2 more days with no reaction from them. All in all, I have neither the goods nor money after 11 days. No info from the seller on what is happening next. Have requested cancelling and refund hoping them to proceed without further ado. Disappointed.

Hi, the version does distinguish between the US version and the EU version. The 3.0 currently in stock is specifically designed for the EU.
Unfortunately we put the wrong image on our product page, which may have caused confusion. Our apologies for that.
We have now addedd the correct images.

Hi, when checking the tracking link for your parcel, we see that there was a prompt delivery, but we also see that there was damage reported. Once the parcel is collected from our warehouse by the carrier, it's out of our hands. We have no insight in the processes with the carrier, nor do we have any influence over their processes. We are however responsible for correct delivery and will always solve issues. We recommend not to accept any damaged parcel, for then it will return to us automatically. We will reach out to you shortly to see if our further assistance is needed.

Linking the different language sites… it’s weird that I have accounts on the Dutch language version and the English language and that any points available on the one aren’t available on the other.

Hi, we wish we could, but this is a technical setup we can't do much about that. Those are separate administrational systems indeed. It's best to continue with only one account and keep ordering with that account. We can then transfer the earned reward points from the other account to the preferred account. -Anna-
