Website good, products excellent, good prices, prompt delivery. Only problem was FedEx paying the VAT when NO VAT was payable. Now being bombarded with emails demanding payment of VAT when all of the paperwork showing exemption was attached to the parcel. But this is not the fault of Oxigi, (other than using FedEx)

Ordered extension oxygen hose for oxygen machine for COPD wife. It was meant to be delivered last week by DPD. On "Parcel Tracking" it showed the parcel as in transit yet returned to sender even though this house is occupied constantly 24 hrs a day and no "tried to deliver" note. I contacted Oxigo's chat room and Maxim assured me that the parcel was to be resent as Oxigo had received it back. Since then I have not heard a word or informed of what is happening.

Bought a cart to hold a G5 to make life easy for my mum. Thought you would brvdble to charge the G5 whilst it sat in the cart. You can't the cart frame covers the charging point. Question Oxigo about this and they said you can ??? You clearly can't and have also seen this mentioned in other reviews. Oxigo need to stop lying to customers and sort out this design flaw.
