I wanted a cordless cleaner for the car as I live in a first floor apartment. I was delighted with my purchase. It’s not too heavy even when the battery is attached. The suction is strong enough to clean really well. Once the battery is charged it holds the charge so I was able to clean the whole car and more. The extension nozzle is also long enough to use as a floor vacuum cleaner around the home. I couldn’t be happier with it, I would highly recommend!

Delivery good, but the hedge trimmer would not work! Power could not pass to the motor and blades because the socket and pins could not reach each other until I repositioned the external screw head that prevented a proper engagement.
Also, the red wire had separated from the motor terminal due to being assembled badly and causing tension when the blade angle is adjusted.
Finally, the starting trigger was unable to press the micro switch until I removed the obstructing portion of plastic casing responsible.
Vonroc should in my opinion cease selling the product! 👎.. Roger

When I ordered my cordless mower, I realised I would have to buy a battery, BUT to think there was no charger How could I use the mower? You tell me... Ithink you should say, what one needs to buy , for the object to work

Buying a new mower I expect to be able to use it BUT oh no no batteries, had to buy 2, so then to charge the batteries I had to buy a charger also. You may say, it say without, next to a picture of a mower, But when you are over 70 excl, doesn't say without, not clear. Buying a mower and 2 batteries and a charger the price mounts up , it's not cheap

I ordered an ash vac and when it came time to use it ,it spewed fine ash dust from the outlet port on top of the machine covering my living room in a layer of very fine dust .To say I’m disappointed is an understatement,I would not recommend buying from this company in the future.

Dishonest Practices
Don't allow purchases to the Irish website from the UK if you dont ship to the UK. Also don't take the money for product you have no intension of shipping and then fail to communicate this with the client.
