Me encanta todo la ropa de su firma y comprar en su web es fácil y rápido. Precios muy atractivos y buena calidad de sus prendas.
Lo único que me gustaría recibir un mail de confirmación de pedido y el número de envío para localizar el paquete y saber cuándo lo voy a recibir. He hecho tres pedidos y todavía no he recibido ninguno.

Ich mag die Produkte, leider ist der WebShop nicht auf Deutsch. Obwohl es einen Deutschen Webshop gibt muss ich als Österreicherin jedoch über englischen WebShop bestellen. Das kann/will ich nicht verstehen... :-/

Me encanta toda la ropa de su marca y el mail de atención al cliente que te soluciona cualquier problema o duda en el mismo día. Pero con DHL, siempre tengo problemas. El pedido que hice el 25 de agosto todavía no lonhe recibido.
