On January 23rd, 2024, I ordered a complete bike, trusting that it was equipped as per the manufacturer's specifications. The very next day I realized that there was a fundamental difference regarding the crankset, the one provided by the manufacturer is a 3x 50/39/30, the one indicated by 26bikes was 2x 50/34. I immediately contacted the shop, asking them to verify. If the 50/34 crankset was confirmed I would have canceled the order. Customer service, however, replied unequivocally that the bike was equipped with the 3x 50/39/30 crankset, thus reassuring me. The bike was shipped on February 12th, plenty of time to cancel the order if needed, and when I opened the package (which by the way was made of flimsy and rather damaged cardboard) I realized that the crankset was actually the 2x 50/34, perfectly useless to me. I immediately started contacting them to complain about the incident, but the store didn't respond even once. They simply disappeared. Don't be fooled by good communication, it lasts as long as there are no problems...
