Dear Customer, we think that your opinion is unfair. Shipment cost is clearly stated on our site - you did not mention it once after placing your order. This is the exact cost we have to pay to deliver to you. You gave us 3/5 for quality of our product and service even though that's clearly opposed to what you wrote. However, we do not hold the grudge, you are very welcome to shop with us again.:)
