The bag is beautiful. It’s like having a daily stylish purse but in backpack mode. I’m a medical resident and was always the carrying my purse and a suitcase bag with my laptop. Lots of bags, right? Now I carry everything here and I always look well. The almond color goes amazing with all my outfits. The quality is the thing that doesn’t let me give 5 stars. It’s not amazing for the expensive price it costs. I think it’ll be damaged in a few months with scratches and things but let’s see :) hope not!

The product was according to the website. However, even though the website offers a variety of payment methods, the only one working is Paypal. I tried Visa, Mastercard, Credot Card, Debit Card, American Express, the only one working is Paypal. And it seems that this is a know problem, but unresolved yet. I suggest resolving this issue or at least remove all the other options that are not actually available. Also, customer support was not very helpful, although they did provide an answer in a timely manner.

Good morning, I have not yet received the refund of €49.95 for the order. ORDER NUMBER: EN170351 05/24/2023 Nor do I see it reflected in the statement of the credit card account. I ask you to check if there has been any error. but I have not yet received the refund of 49.95 euros. Angel Zardoya
