The service was good but I needed extra links for my watch and I got that straight away but then I noticed that the battery was dead. This was very disappointing. I had to, again go the retailer to have the battery replaced when I hadn't even worn the watch, yet!. The retailer advice that it is better to buy from the retailer that the internet. In this case he may have been right :-( Anyways the watch is working perfectly now.

The delivery for Morocco is free, so we ordered a watch (as a gift) the 13th of July. Via the tracking code we see that the watch arrived in Morocco on the 15th of July. Since then, it seems that the watch is blocked at customs. We can't contact anybody to resolve the problem. If the shipment is free, why is the watch blocked at customs?

Please provide detailed information on the customs requirements for returning an item for refund . I have found the process completely unsatisfactory and my enquiry has resulted in me being directed to a courier company . I simply wanted an exchange to a smaller size. Not difficult but apparently impossible.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to purchase something by CC or DC, they know there is a problem, but instead of fixing it, they just ask you to buy with paypal. And if one has no paypal account?
