The service was good but I needed extra links for my watch and I got that straight away but then I noticed that the battery was dead. This was very disappointing. I had to, again go the retailer to have the battery replaced when I hadn't even worn the watch, yet!. The retailer advice that it is better to buy from the retailer that the internet. In this case he may have been right :-(
Anyways the watch is working perfectly now.

The product was according to the website. However, even though the website offers a variety of payment methods, the only one working is Paypal. I tried Visa, Mastercard, Credot Card, Debit Card, American Express, the only one working is Paypal. And it seems that this is a know problem, but unresolved yet. I suggest resolving this issue or at least remove all the other options that are not actually available. Also, customer support was not very helpful, although they did provide an answer in a timely manner.

Bought a gold snake chain necklace & a gold rope bracelet
Cluse offers really good quality for their prices. A year ago, I bought a classic gold watch & a gold snake chain bracelet there and I honestly have to say that the quality is superb! I always shower with the bracelet on and the color is still perfectly intact. So I recently bought another snake chain necklace and a gold rope bracelet and I really love them as well!
Definitely recommend if you're looking for affordable gold jewellery that doesn't discolor :)

I've bought several items from Cluse,2 watches and 2 pairs of earrings and I'm more than happy with them. The watch straps are easily adjustable (spare links included ). Delivery time is good seeing as they come from Europe so as yet I have no complaints just praise for my lovely jewellery.

The color is according to the photo and specifications, I love how easy is to change and how it gives to your watch a complete new look.
The delivery was also very fast it came even a bit earlier than expected. I recommend the brand in general as I have buy a few things.

Shippment is bad
I orderwd my Cluse 3 weeks ago and I still didnt get my order. That is because you work with croatian mail HP (hrvatska posta) instead of international like gls... I hope that your things are different than your shoppment.
