It is a cumbersome process to have to transfer payment through bank, rather than pay by credit card, as you do on all other web pages. that's why I chose another company.

never do business with Exxposed or Trusted Shops. We ordered Dec 8th and it is Jan 5th and still no product. Every time we reach out for an update we get an email back saying they have 1000 emails... no wonder with service like this...We asked to refunded and they refused. This Trusted Shop Guarantee is a joke... we will be disputing this with our credit card company. Stay away

I can’t give a good review on this merchant (yet) because although I made my purchase on 12/08/2019, the shipment has not arrived...the shipping company (DHL) shows it hasn’t moved on it’s journey to me since 12/16/2019...and it’s 12/29/2019 now No word, no help, no nothing...I will update this review when this issue has been resolved...

Ordered item, next day I was told it was out of stock. Day after that they still took the money from my account. Took me chasing up the refund to finally be sent back money, however, not the full amount was transferred back as they said there were fees to be paid via PayPal. Why I have to pay that I don't know. Very poor. Only rated customer service as least they emailed me back.

It took me 3 days of attempt after attempt to place my order. It was their last small size. I stressed to them that I would like this to proceed. Eventually I managed to place the order . I received an order confirmation. So I returned my medium jacket. A day later they say it’s not available. I’m out 1000.00 with out a jacket. Extremely poorly run company. Don’t waste your time.

Having ordered a Petzl swift head torch which they didn’t have in stock I cancelled my order but Amazon are still trying to take the money every Friday you should not be able to sell goods that’s not in stock I was waiting 2 weeks before I had to cancel which only gave me a week before I really needed the head torch be wary of this company selling cheap but not for filling it obligations

Ich habe exxpozed bestellt und kann den Shop leider nicht empfehlen. Bei zwei unterschiedlichen Retouren habe ich auch nach fast drei Wochen noch keine Meldung erhalten, ob die Ware dort angekommen ist. Erst nachdem ich hinterhertelefoniert habe (20 Min. Warteschleife), kam eine Mail und die Rückerstattung. Die Mitarbeiter am Telefon waren aber sehr nett und bemüht, an denen liegt's nicht

Still have NOT received this order. Have communicated with seller in prior orders informing them that the 4-7 days delivery promise is not fulfilled. All prior orders took 28 days each.

Website says delivery to the UK in 3-5 days, but it's been more than 3 weeks and I still haven't received my goods. I contacted and they assured me they were awaiting restocking from the supplier, but it seems this restock failed to materialise. I wasn't kept informed of what's happening so I had to cancel. Very disappointing

They didn’t take any payment, for whatever reason. I paid in advance with a debit card. I never pay by bank transfer - not a secure way of paying. My order was acknowledged after I paid by card. They then said I had not paid. I believed I had. Nothing arrived and I had to query what had happened. Silence from them until they said they wanted money via a bank transfer. Useless company. Avoid

Unfortunately Bad experience, Bad Service. exxpozed never said the item was not in stock until I wrote to see why it was so late, despite promised delivery in 4 to 6 work days. Missed event due to poor service. In the end it was 10 work days (not counting Saturdays) with no apology. Still no reply to 3 Emails of dissatisfaction. Now very Dishonest response below. Buy somewhere else. Anywhere.
