The good: The plants arrived in a very timely fashion, and I love the direct contact for help with plant care. Also, there are detailed instructions for caring for each plant on the invoice which is very handy. I was drawn in by the deals, as I really wanted some plants for my new home. The bad: All of my plants were transported in a single box that the courier had no regard for, and two of the plants were damaged. The box was handled in two different orientations just between the van and my door. Packaging with separate compartments to better keep the plants from shifting would be nice. Also labelling which side is up would be helpful for the courier, so they know how to handle the box. Overall: I will likely order from gardens4you again. I am pleased overall with the products.
