Plants were healthy and delivered in just a few days . All good experience from start to finish . Great website ----- good info and timely updates on purchase. I have a 23 year old garden and am by the sea with a windy wet climate so gardening is a challenge . Never very cold but always quite wet .
Hydrangeas and Berberis along with a handful of other shrubs and perennials survive nicely here so my garden has always brought me many compliments . My recent purchases from you will of course further enhance my garden.
Dead,rotten and unrecognisable plants sent!!!
I have received my order and I have never seen anything like this before: dead, rotten, mouldy and unrecognisable plants. This must be some joke or I don’t even know what to call it. There is no way, you can plant them. I just want my money back and someone to collect that stuff, as I am not wasting more money to send those plants back. I already paid more than 120 euro.
Love the fast delivery. They packaging is fantastic. 80%-90% of the plants looked in good condition but 10%-20% of the plants looked either dead, damaged or yellowing leaves.

Reasonable option if not a driver.
Delivery a bit slow. Plants in good condition & as described. Should have ordered more compost.. 10 kg bag is tiny. Unfortunately delivery involves a LOT of packaging including plastic. A plastic free option would be a good idea.

The flowers delivered were delivered on time and as expected. They look great and were very well received. The only issue I had was that I was given an option to add in a free card/note, which I did - I filled in a full message and signed it off. Unfortunately, our recipient was unable to find this note and had no idea who the plants were from. In the end I had to ask if she had received the delivery and advise they were from me. Not ideal when the delivery was intended as a gift.

Our system always asks you at the time of ordering whether the order is a gift. Unfortunately no message and no gift card (paying) have been selected for this order we have checked.

Both of my Japanese maples arrived. Delivery was prompt. The plants were slightly smaller than I expected but were packed with care. I will definitely shop again
