Plants were healthy and delivered in just a few days . All good experience from start to finish . Great website ----- good info and timely updates on purchase. I have a 23 year old garden and am by the sea with a windy wet climate so gardening is a challenge . Never very cold but always quite wet .
Hydrangeas and Berberis along with a handful of other shrubs and perennials survive nicely here so my garden has always brought me many compliments . My recent purchases from you will of course further enhance my garden.
Dead,rotten and unrecognisable plants sent!!!
I have received my order and I have never seen anything like this before: dead, rotten, mouldy and unrecognisable plants. This must be some joke or I don’t even know what to call it. There is no way, you can plant them. I just want my money back and someone to collect that stuff, as I am not wasting more money to send those plants back. I already paid more than 120 euro.
I only gave Garden4you one star because I had to to in order to be able to write a review. They do NOT deserve even one star. I ordered 4 x Liriodendron tulipifera trees with the intention of growing 4 x beautiful park trees. I got 4 x rubbish trees, not in any way straight or upright; all with their leaders cut off and all in a hugely potbound condition with completely contorted roots. Despite several amicable but fruitless emails Garden4you are refusing to suitably address the situation they have created. I can return the rubbish to them but at my personal cost which they will not refund and as the return cost is not disimilar to my original payment this is a pointless exercise. I will never buy from them again and I certainly woul;d never ever recommends them to anybody else. This could have been so nice an experience all round and wasn't.

Confusing. I still don't know what have I bought!
I've bought this as on the web site its having "Tarragon Artemisia Dracunculus). The package is confusing. It saying Russian tarragon but the latin name is for French tarragon. Russian tarragon (Artemisia dracunculoides) is very closely related to French tarragon (Artemisia Dracunculus) but has no flavor. The Russian species is larger, coarser, and has no culinary merit.

We can see on our website that you have ordered item A06427, which is Russian Tarragon. The leaves can be used fresh or dried for salads, pickles, vinegar, and soups. It can also be used with chicken and fish dishes, all of which are part of the description on our website.

2 weeks ago I bought flowers from you, 2 small ones are ok, but the large one for 40 euros started to fall after 2 days, the shoots have no roots, it's as if someone just stuck them in the ground, I'm disappointed because this particular flower does not require any special treatment

As we previously informed you, it is preferable to group your purchases before sending the order and payment, as once the orders arrive in our system, it will not be possible to group them together. Everything is automated, and we ship to 22 countries in Europe. Unfortunately, you had the opportunity to cancel your two orders and make a single one, but the request did not arrive in time. Please note that we do not profit from the shipping fees, as we contribute €3 per shipment.

Ordered bare rooted phlox and achillea and I am very happy with the quality. The number of roots that arrived was very satisfying, also as I think if they were on the smaller side, then a few extra were added to the order. This alone would encourage me to order again, there’s nothing worse than feeling ripped off.
I followed the email instructions and soaked the plants for a few hours before potting up. The roots plumped up and there was signs of growth.

Everything arrived quickly, safely and well packaged. it really is cool just how everything is transported. My only minor gripe is that there are no plant labels on the plants in a similar manner to most garden centres. The names of the plants are on the pots but once we remove the plants and plant them, there is no way to label them when they are in the ground. Would definitely buy here again.

Beautiful healthy plants
My second order, and as with the first the plants arrived really healthy and well packaged and within a week of ordering. The orchids are beautiful as are the palms plants and the indoor Ivy. Really pleased with them all. Gardens4you.ie are now my go to for all plant purchases and I’d highly recommend them.
