Plants were healthy and delivered in just a few days . All good experience from start to finish . Great website ----- good info and timely updates on purchase. I have a 23 year old garden and am by the sea with a windy wet climate so gardening is a challenge . Never very cold but always quite wet .
Hydrangeas and Berberis along with a handful of other shrubs and perennials survive nicely here so my garden has always brought me many compliments . My recent purchases from you will of course further enhance my garden.
Dead,rotten and unrecognisable plants sent!!!
I have received my order and I have never seen anything like this before: dead, rotten, mouldy and unrecognisable plants. This must be some joke or I don’t even know what to call it. There is no way, you can plant them. I just want my money back and someone to collect that stuff, as I am not wasting more money to send those plants back. I already paid more than 120 euro.
Excellent service. Lovely shrubs. Very good information. A problem with delivery. My address was correct on the delivery note but incomplete on the label. The label did contain my Eircode but the delivery company left that out.

Reasonable option if not a driver.
Delivery a bit slow. Plants in good condition & as described. Should have ordered more compost.. 10 kg bag is tiny. Unfortunately delivery involves a LOT of packaging including plastic. A plastic free option would be a good idea.

Speedy delivery and well packaged
I ordered on a Tuesday. It was collected by the courier the following day and delivered on the next Monday. Well packaged with a full sheet of care instructions. I am looking forward to the results in a month or two

understood it to be a red acer, it arrived green, presume it turns red, but no explanation

Our confirmation email with tracking arrived probably in your spams or deleted items. The acer that you ordered is a young specimen which will take its red tint as the text of the site indicates.

Love the fast delivery. They packaging is fantastic. 80%-90% of the plants looked in good condition but 10%-20% of the plants looked either dead, damaged or yellowing leaves.
