The problem with the delivery is the following: 1) on the parcal it was not written all the information i gave you as delivery address (it was not written the name of my company ENERGOSERVICES, it was written only my personal name). In the front door as you understand is written the name of the company. 2) It was not written my telephone number, so although he came ,he couldn't find me.

Dear Customer, we are sorry that you had problems with the shipment. But you did not give us a different address than the one you received. You can also see this in your order confirmation mail, which is automatically sent with all the data and there is no other address noted.
