The products are of high quality and well made. They are made to fit perfectly and are very easy to put together. All in all, Yamazaki's products are attractively designed practical everyday objects and helpers at very acceptable prices. Both the ordering process and the fast delivery in extremely economical and secure packaging are also worthy of positive mention.
So far, I have NOT received my order nor know when to expect a delivery. I received an email stating that delivery will be delayed owing to unexpectedly large volumes of orders. Well, it was advertised as a Black Friday special. That is the time of year when everybody and her uncle orders. If you're not prepared for it, please don't advertise! It would be lovely to receive a notice regarding the anticipated delivery.
