They advertise free returns, the website is very misleading, you have to go to multiple subpages to read at the very bottom that I the UK or excluded from free returns.
I found the whole return process from the company unhelpful and misleading.
On the pages including the home page it’s in bold unconstitutional free returns, which is simply not true.
This has now cost me a lot of money due to the misleading advertising
