It would be helpful to have a continue shopping after any purchase. I bough one pair of tickets for an opera and the found that the next opera I wanted to go to was unavailable - meaning sold out? If I had known that I might not have bought the first lot of tickets.

You could make your seating plan clearer to see the different coloured seats and use a larger font.

lack of reactivity after reservation and payment. I went to the concert at the Orangerie of Schoenbrunn. They would not let me in because they had not received my payment. An intermediary to avoid!!
