Victor was extremely helpful in helping me select seats for our first visit to the opera.
You could make your seating plan clearer to see the different coloured seats and use a larger font.
lack of reactivity after reservation and payment. I went to the concert at the Orangerie of Schoenbrunn. They would not let me in because they had not received my payment. An intermediary to avoid!!
