I'm a music lover, I still buy CDs and I listen to flac music at home or in mobility, thus I finally decided to buy a pair of headphones for my home listening. After reading lots of reviews and listening on YouTube to headphones sound demos — not the real headphones sound, but at least they tell you something on the sound signature —, I decided Beyerdynamic's one was my favourite sound signature! I preferred to buy some "flat" or close to flat headphones, to listen to music in the closet possible way to the original track, as I'm not fan of overwhelming bass sound. I don't own any thousand euro headphones amplifier, but with the USB DAC/Amp I have and the Yamaha A/V Receiver I have, I'm quite satisfied by the sound experience, so far. I had to perform a warmup test for the headphones, and after around 40 hours, I can say the sound's really good! On PC I'm using Peace equalizer with Beyerdynamic DT 990 profile. It's good and it avoids having voices too much sharp in my ears. If I have to find a weak point, is probably the voice peak, that without a proper equalization may result in being too harsh sometimes, after long listening sessions. But consider I'm not using a proper headphone amplifier, which I might buy soon, so things could change in positive in this respect. My rating is 9/10. I'm satisfied. I'm aware that spending more I could probably find better headphones, but considering my price range, the sound of my DT-990 Pro is so good for my ears! Oh, and about the materials and build quality, I'm very happy. This all black colour is just a thing of beauty for me! The ear pad cushions are soft and perfect for many hours of listening, without hurting my ears. The headband doesn't hurt and doesn't tighten too much on my head. And before I forget, another good thing I found in these Limited Edition Black, is that the cable is straight. It's way better for me, especially when I sit far away. I don't like so much coiled cables, to be honest. Clearly, in my opinion it would have been better to have a detachable cable, even balanced cables, but it's fine for now. Just in case I really need them, once the warranty is expired I could try modding them. Thanks to Beyerdynamic.

First, the customer support could be much better. More empathy to be specific. Selling B-ware for a A-ware price is strange. (No option to return for free) On the other hand the product looks just like new,so no complaints there. The sound is superb. Beyerdynamic knows the sweet spot, no muddy bass or sharp hight, it's spacious,robust, subtitle,it's just wonderful,big ups there! The ANC is plain medium to low. It's just not the right chip or something. Compared to the MX3 from Sony. You're just strait into space, so surreal. But not with the Lagoon,a small hissing and lower surrounding sound. This was a offer I was willing to make because of the terrific sound. Connectivity is good, although it's Bluetooth 4.2 I can walk the house with no problems. But for me they sit not comfortable enough. My ears are apparently to big for them. After a couple of hours my ears get pain. I can somehow wiggle my ears inside but that is just strange. So in short, Sound is very good, connectivity with all the codecs, to although it's BT4.2.Is good. Building is okay,not super sturdy but not crappy either (no plastic sounds) But the heart my ears after hours and that's not good to me.

Being an already satisfied owner of a Beyerdynamic headset (DT990Pro), and looking for a Bluetooth on with the same neutral and pleasant sound qualities, I decided to buy the Lagoon ANC. Sadly, my new Beyerdynamic HS did not match my previous ones (it is my third Beyerdynamic Headset), not in terms of sound quality (which, on the overall, is good considering that Bluetooth is degraded way to listen to music), but in terms of build quality: out of the box, noises from the structure of the helmet itself interfere with the music, event when I am (almost) not moving my head. In addition, Bluetooth connexon itself is unstable, with frequent cut in the music stream. Last but not, after more then a week of time since my first mail about this problem, I only got an answer from Beyerdynamic telling me that if I did buy this headset from Beyerdynamic, I should get in touch with the customer service, exactly what I believed I did when first writing to BD. Since then, and despite several mails sent in return, still as no other answer/solution to this problem, while it took only 1 day to give me a pre-purchase answer…

I ordered a replacement cable for the first generation of MMX 300 headset. A few days after the order, I received an email from them telling me there was an issue with the order because they were out of stock and that it will takes time before they got the cable so I could cancel my order and get my money back, which I didn't because I needed to repair my headphones sooner or later so I'd wait anyway. I eventually received the cable which was delivered with no manual nor any link to a tutorial on how to solder it. I managed to find a blog of a nice guy who describes the steps to follow which helped me. I still have some metal part I couldn't figure out how to use but (I'm feeling it's to lock the cable's head inside but I used the other small metallic piece to do so, which seemed to fit tight enough on its own). I feel, considering that pricey little cable, that the manual should be included or a link to it at the very least. I'm still happy to have been able to fix my MMX 300 on my own.

This glass has 2 characteristics, 2 well-distinguished souls between the outside and the inside. It has a really attractive, fascinating aspect given by the copper color and by the interesting raised facets that give the object an important, almost magical aspect. This side is fully promoted with a nice 10. Unfortunately there is a downside to the inside. If you want to use it to drink directly with your lips supported, without using the opening lid and the straw, here is a disappointing reality: the upper plastic inner part is rough to the touch, almost sharp and this involves considerable discomfort. It is really a shame not to have considered this important aspect that penalizes the most important function of this article. At a cost of € 12 it does not therefore have such a favorable quality / price ratio!

I bought online on the 28th Nov. the DT 770 PRO headphones that I was crazy about to use but it didn't come to me yet. The DHL (the courier Beyer. deals with) sent me a confirmation message that the item were "delivered successfully" however it did NOT! And I'm still waiting forever for their investigation to solve this problem after 1 whole month. My problem too is that I'm traveling soon and not sure even if they'll find it if I can pick it up. So bad experience for such a reputation co. I hope they will solve this before I travel or at least send back my 150 euros-money. I know its xmas and things get crazy around delivery and purchases this period but I really dont care about this ... santa is very fake

Headphones shipped from DEU to FRA. Packaging very poor. Product inside not secured with damping materials. Defect by delivery. Left earpiece rattle sound due to a broken piece inside. Most likely by transport. Solution: Customer support has to be contacted to validate a return! This can take up to 2 days. A delivered, defect product and the return has to be validated by risk some days later? Wtf? Even an exchange will not take place. You’ll get (perhaps) a refund and meanwhile you can order another one my costs of yourself. This is the worst after sales service I ever encountered. Thank you. Never again. This is not premium brand like.
