Recently ordered Tygr 300r headphones. They arrived in a couple of days, in good order, and I'm enjoying them quite much. Sounds good for pretty much everything - like gaming, listening to music and watching movies. The incredible bass extension ( all the way to 5-10 hz), a lot of trebles and a great soundstage (both wide and deep wise). Because of V-shaped sound profile, they may be lacking in mids just a lil (vocals and guitars a bit distant for example) - this is not a big deal, and not that noticeable. Just be mindful of one thing - even tho they say "detailed treble without sharpness", its still resonating a lot in highs, so you may quite likely want to still equalize them and do some work to make them sound the best and suit your hearing. Look for peaks around 10-11k, 8-9k and something may whistle at certain tracks around 5-6k. Overall, with some equalization and removing those imbalances in highs - they sound very exciting throughout all frequency range. For less than 140 euros that I bought them for - I can definitely recommend them for those who want exciting, universal open back quality headphones.

I ordered a replacement cable for the first generation of MMX 300 headset. A few days after the order, I received an email from them telling me there was an issue with the order because they were out of stock and that it will takes time before they got the cable so I could cancel my order and get my money back, which I didn't because I needed to repair my headphones sooner or later so I'd wait anyway. I eventually received the cable which was delivered with no manual nor any link to a tutorial on how to solder it. I managed to find a blog of a nice guy who describes the steps to follow which helped me. I still have some metal part I couldn't figure out how to use but (I'm feeling it's to lock the cable's head inside but I used the other small metallic piece to do so, which seemed to fit tight enough on its own). I feel, considering that pricey little cable, that the manual should be included or a link to it at the very least. I'm still happy to have been able to fix my MMX 300 on my own.

I didn't receive the parcel. When the order was transferred between couriers, wrong and insufficient information was supplied. This led to the delivery going to the wrong address and the package was lost. When I informed Beyerdynamic that the wrong information had been supplied to the courier, pre-delivery, instead of trying to get in touch with the courier to rectify the delivery(or atleast start something) they said they could only take action once, and if the package was lost. Which means that at this point, if I want the headphones, I will have to wait for my refund, and make a fresh order and wait once again, hoping the courier gets the delivery correct this time. I'm frankly better off never ordering from them ever again. There's no value in buying directly from the manufacturer.

Unfortunately the headphone came out the box with the right cup hanging loose! The Yoke wasn't screwed in the End piece. The logo name sticker on the left cup is upside down. See pictures But because I'm handy I fixed the cup by taking the headband of and screwed the Yoke in the End piece. (luckily the screws were there in the End piece) I know it was a B-stock but this shouldn't happen. But the sound is good and I can edit my video's again. Because my son is using my old Beyerdynamic DT 880's for gaming.

This glass has 2 characteristics, 2 well-distinguished souls between the outside and the inside. It has a really attractive, fascinating aspect given by the copper color and by the interesting raised facets that give the object an important, almost magical aspect. This side is fully promoted with a nice 10. Unfortunately there is a downside to the inside. If you want to use it to drink directly with your lips supported, without using the opening lid and the straw, here is a disappointing reality: the upper plastic inner part is rough to the touch, almost sharp and this involves considerable discomfort. It is really a shame not to have considered this important aspect that penalizes the most important function of this article. At a cost of € 12 it does not therefore have such a favorable quality / price ratio!

The product is of high level, but my esperience with customer service was very poor I have received the headphone with an earpad cut. I have asked to the company to change the earpad sending me a new one The answer is not because it is not a cut according customer service but a pressure point. For a similar situation I expected to solve quickly the problem with a new earpad, instead to make a long discussion of what is right and what is wrong. The customers are your business. You should satisfy always your customer. This is a case where customer care make difference. Please keep in mind this

Beat Byrd, has a disappointing sound quality. I ordered these to replace my Apple earpods that tend to fall out. However the sound quality of the Apple earpods is way better the sound of the Beat Byrd, which is rather thin and even irritating. Ergonomically they are ok, but that's about all, as far as I'm concerned.

Because of you I dropped my new beyerdynamic dt 700 pro x from the table for that very long and NON-SPIRAL cable .. I don't understand why you didn't put a SPIRAL in the box .. the shorter 1.8m cable got twisted in my chair and my headphones fell off the table. thank you for not putting the coiled cable in the package.

First, the customer support could be much better. More empathy to be specific. Selling B-ware for a A-ware price is strange. (No option to return for free) On the other hand the product looks just like new,so no complaints there. The sound is superb. Beyerdynamic knows the sweet spot, no muddy bass or sharp hight, it's spacious,robust, subtitle,it's just wonderful,big ups there! The ANC is plain medium to low. It's just not the right chip or something. Compared to the MX3 from Sony. You're just strait into space, so surreal. But not with the Lagoon,a small hissing and lower surrounding sound. This was a offer I was willing to make because of the terrific sound. Connectivity is good, although it's Bluetooth 4.2 I can walk the house with no problems. But for me they sit not comfortable enough. My ears are apparently to big for them. After a couple of hours my ears get pain. I can somehow wiggle my ears inside but that is just strange. So in short, Sound is very good, connectivity with all the codecs, to although it's BT4.2.Is good. Building is okay,not super sturdy but not crappy either (no plastic sounds) But the heart my ears after hours and that's not good to me.

Headphones shipped from DEU to FRA. Packaging very poor. Product inside not secured with damping materials. Defect by delivery. Left earpiece rattle sound due to a broken piece inside. Most likely by transport. Solution: Customer support has to be contacted to validate a return! This can take up to 2 days. A delivered, defect product and the return has to be validated by risk some days later? Wtf? Even an exchange will not take place. You’ll get (perhaps) a refund and meanwhile you can order another one my costs of yourself. This is the worst after sales service I ever encountered. Thank you. Never again. This is not premium brand like.

Bought the cable because the headset only sounded from one side, and threw away the original wire because I thought it was malfunctioning. The headphones still not working, with the new cable. Apparently something is broken inside the headset. Durability is advertised even on the product box. I've never taken the headphones out of my desk, and one day stopped working. If 2.5mm is connected to the right side, only that one sounds, same goes for the left one.They sounded great, better than the more expensive ones they succeeded. Overall, very satisfied with the quality of your product, until the day they quit working.

The Beat Byrd is not suitable for people with large ears, because the provided tips are not large enough. So I sent a customer support if the can recommend larger tips, and they replied they couldn't. Then I found out myself that BD do have extra large tips available on their web site! I also noticed the Soul Byrd does come with 5 different sizes tips, including XL.

good quality product and beautiful finish very comfortable. but the problem started, malfunction of the microphone and its intermittently thinking that it came from my sound card not powerful enough I bought a new one after discovering that the problem came from the cable ... after a week I still waiting for the return of the after-sales service.....

My headset dont work correctly, micro is not connected at every time and sound is not perfect , not on each ear, cut all time ni the right ear It was a gift for my birthday’s son and i m very dissapointed I cant return this item because it ‘s customized (only a word on the hoop) so i feel to be scammed

The mic does "radio" sound very weird... I have to disconnect and re connect multiple times during my gaming session for my friend to hear me well... this is sad for a headset that much expensive. Otherwise the sound is pretty good !
