I've never fasted before, so I had a bit of respect for it. How will I feel, what is happening in my body, but I was happy to embark on this type of experiment. In the beginning, for the first 3-4 days, I had very strong side effects, consisting of headaches, muscle pain and severe tiredness, but then it got better and better. After Day 5 began the time when I started eating slowly and in small portions again. It was so good for me that I was full of energy and wished I could have continued for a few more days. Of course, that would not have been good - or rather it is generally not healthy for our body to only eat a deficit, but I have realized for myself that I very much prefer the ketogenic diet because it makes me generally more vital and healthier feel. So I continued this type of diet. I don't rule out repeating this kind of fast again this year.
