I've never fasted before, so I had a bit of respect for it. How will I feel, what is happening in my body, but I was happy to embark on this type of experiment. In the beginning, for the first 3-4 days, I had very strong side effects, consisting of headaches, muscle pain and severe tiredness, but then it got better and better. After Day 5 began the time when I started eating slowly and in small portions again. It was so good for me that I was full of energy and wished I could have continued for a few more days. Of course, that would not have been good - or rather it is generally not healthy for our body to only eat a deficit, but I have realized for myself that I very much prefer the ketogenic diet because it makes me generally more vital and healthier feel. So I continued this type of diet. I don't rule out repeating this kind of fast again this year.

Hello. I begin saying that I am very happy with the products and the packaging. However, I have paid a quite high delivery fee (the highest in my life) and the delivery company DHL did not bring it to my home, with the excuse that I was not there when they rang. We have a concierge at home from 9 to 2 and 5 to 9pm and he always takes our packages. If he is not there I have always been called on the phone to see when or how to meet or if it can be delivered to any neighbour. Therefore, I had to walk 15 minutes up a road (when there is another office in my VERY street, Clara del Rey 22). The shop I had to go closes from 2 to 4 (extremely rare in these cases) so I had to come back later. The package was quite big and 12 kilograms so I had to take a taxi back home (6,40 euros) and waste almost three hours in all that process. So I am not very happy at all in an experience that could have been simply fantastic. Please change delivery system.
