The product was good, tyre changing stand/ConStands. Definitely works & great value for money. I use mine standing up, a bit like the expensive 'Rabaconda machine' otherwise you end up chasing it round the room as I don't have the facility to bolt it to the ground. My suggestion to ConStands/Motea would be to include a leg to be able to stand it up like a Rabaconda. Second suggestion is that the wheel rim support block nearest the bead breaker is almost at the edge of the tyre rim, I now use a block of wood to support the rim but it would be nice if the machine support was in the right place. I was initially concerned that I was giving money to a company I didn't know anytime about, however one week later the stand arrived & I'm happy. I would totally recommend this machine!

There is no way to connect with them. Their shipping policy for shipping an order only when all parts are in stock is insane. In my case, I prepaid an order of several items in early Ocober 2023, and one of the SKUs has a delivery date at the end of February 2024. The other items were in stock. I have tried to contact them to cancel that one item. No phone number, only "no reply" email. The only option is a FAQ, that refers to "contact us" but the only contact is a contact form that no one seem to read and answer in... Their advice is; just return goods when you receive it and you will be refunded... Shall I wait 4 months to be refunded? I see this as extremely bad customer service and close to fraud.
