There is no way to connect with them.
Their shipping policy for shipping an order only when all parts are in stock is insane. In my case, I prepaid an order of several items in early Ocober 2023, and one of the SKUs has a delivery date at the end of February 2024. The other items were in stock. I have tried to contact them to cancel that one item. No phone number, only "no reply" email. The only option is a FAQ, that refers to "contact us" but the only contact is a contact form that no one seem to read and answer in...
Their advice is; just return goods when you receive it and you will be refunded... Shall I wait 4 months to be refunded?
I see this as extremely bad customer service and close to fraud.
Great value extended saddlebags.
Description is "Stretched saddlebags compatible with Harley Davidson Touring Models 2014-23-24 Latch Black Craftride".
I put these on a 2008 Harley-Davidson Road King Classic and they fit very well (with a bit of tweaking, as I expected from reading the various online forums).

Exceptional quality at a budget price
These were the cheapest engine bars I could find that looked how I wanted them. I was worried if they would be too "cheap" or take a while to come. I then received a discount voucher so ordered them anyway. They came quickly , fitted perfectly and could not have been finished any better. They look superb.

I have now received my third order from Motea and the quality of the items is excellent. Good mounting instructions too. (Engine bars, luggage rack and à center stand. See photos)
I have recommended Motea to many of my fellow riders.

The bars I ordered were slightly damaged in transit. After a helpful conversation, Motea refunded and asked me to donate the bars to a needy home. I haven't yet found one but will carry out the agreement as soon as I find one.
