Very poor customer support
I got a message from DPD that my package has been delivered to a pick-up station (even though I was at home). I did not receive a pick-up code, so the package has been sent back to Knirps. While this is clearly DPDs fault, I tried to contact the customer support of Knirps to at least get my money back. However, they did not respond to my mails for 2 weeks. I also tried to call, but after a while in the queue, they just hang up.
sehr gute Qualität, lieferung dauerte ca eine woche!

Order done, money gone and nothing arrives or get any feedback
I paid my order, and since almost 3 weeks, I didn't get any tracking number or any kind of email ... and no one from the customer service replies to my daily emails... Will never buy again in this store. I believe they just stole me.

Scam?
I ordered, and pand (!) one umbtrella, on november 22th, today, december 7, it is not delivered. 10 working days! Have I been scammed?
