Your customer service is appalling. My daughter's Xmas gift was ordered on 14th Dec which by your delivery estimated time, allowed ample time for it to arrive for Xmas. I emailed to see what the problem was with no reply and emailed again after the new year so as the company had returned to work. I explained my daughter had nothing to open on Xmas day and this was the reply,

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a customer service. No apology which is the least a company can offer. Never have I experienced such appalling customer service before. If this is how your staff are trained to deal with situations, it says a lot for the company.
