Great packaging , the top is of high quality with a lot of small fine detail. Only grievance I had was I was given a 4 hot delivery spot and it never turned up till 4 days later but this was probably more down to delivery company than BALR. All in all great product would definitely recommend

J’ai acheté un article récemment sur votre site internet et je suis extrêmement déçu car celui ci présente plusieurs défauts je vous envoi dans les messages les photos en pièces jointes. Je trouve ça inadmissible à ce prix là c’est une parka qui est censé coûter presque 600€ que j’ai acheté pendant la Black Friday a 189€. Je pensais vraiment qu’à ce prix vous vendriez des produits de qualité mais je constate que ce n’est pas le cas…j’espère que vous serez faire preuve d’un geste commercial conséquent Cédric Cerdeira Laclikanova@hotmail.com Commande numéro: #64317

The jacket was dirty full of stains , i didnt receiver the free gift and also some feathers were out. The packagin was poor despite it is a luxury brand.

Hi Meir, we send you an email on Februari 15 to inform about duties and taxes. BALR. ships from the Netherlands. Import duties and taxes may apply. These are regulated by your country's customs, we do not have any influence on this. Our shipping partner UPS has more information available: https://www.ups.com/ga/CountryRegs?loc=en_US&origcountry=NL We pay the shipping costs for you, but you have to pay the import duties by yourself.
