For quality Wise, this's why I'm still shopping with them, but their packaging is not like before with the certification card I still like to see that. It was's packed the way I use to receive this from them. My box was just plain inside it was nothing for me to smile 😁 about. Good 👍🏿 fitting 👍🏿

I feel that I was deceived, I just wanted to buy things for myself, I am a Ukrainian who lives in Germany, I made a payment for the selected things and expected their delivery, but a few days later I received a refusal in response for fictitious reasons. Then I complied with the request to provide an identity document and was still refused. I'm just disappointed in BALR.

good day, we received a package from you in a black bag, as far as I know you send packages in original black boxes, is it possible that the shipping company dhl repackaged your package? I am also sending a photo as proof, best regards, Bodnarova Katarina Ťahanovska 31 Košice Slovakia

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. At the moment, we have chosen the shipping bags because we are going to come up with something new that will make everyone happy. We are not doing it intentionally to stop shipping orders in our box, but this is a temporary option. Hopefully until next time in our webshop and we can delight you with the new BALR. experience. Geeft aan boven 100,00 gratis verzenden, moest 5,00 betalen. Gebeld en bedrijf geeft aan het is veranderd naar 150,00 daarboven gratis verzenden. Aangegeven dat ze het dan moeten aanpassen en misleidend is. Medewerker geeft aan dat dit niet kan, echt absurd.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. I looked directly at order number: #106784 and I see that Klarna did not accept your order and communicated that to us. We will never cancel an order without a reason, but if we do not receive permission from a third party, the system will automatically cancel your order. If you want more information, I recommend you contact Klarna. They can look further into your order/payment history. Hopefully I have sufficiently informed you with this.
