For quality Wise, this's why I'm still shopping with them, but their packaging is not like before with the certification card I still like to see that. It was's packed the way I use to receive this from them. My box was just plain inside it was nothing for me to smile 😁 about. Good 👍🏿 fitting 👍🏿

I feel that I was deceived, I just wanted to buy things for myself, I am a Ukrainian who lives in Germany, I made a payment for the selected things and expected their delivery, but a few days later I received a refusal in response for fictitious reasons. Then I complied with the request to provide an identity document and was still refused. I'm just disappointed in BALR.

Nice promotions for Black Friday, but I got lucky that I ordered 1 week before because on Black Friday everything was +€15 for the same items. Great and fast delivery!

I like the brand and quality of the clothes, but paying for the delivery & not delivering the next day is not the standard a brand like Balr should have.

Really good quality. But, time ago, shipments over 100€ were free for the customer. Last purchase costed me 13€ just shipment with a 200€ purchase

Geeft aan boven 100,00 gratis verzenden, moest 5,00 betalen. Gebeld en bedrijf geeft aan het is veranderd naar 150,00 daarboven gratis verzenden. Aangegeven dat ze het dan moeten aanpassen en misleidend is. Medewerker geeft aan dat dit niet kan, echt absurd.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. At the moment, we have chosen the shipping bags because we are going to come up with something new that will make everyone happy. We are not doing it intentionally to stop shipping orders in our box, but this is a temporary option. Hopefully until next time in our webshop and we can delight you with the new BALR. experience. I haven’t received my package. Plus, the customer service is horrible - no one wants to help and just claims it’s been sent the correct way. Unbelievable!

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. This is not quite correct! We have been in touch on WhatsApp for several days. We have shipped your package correctly with UPS. If a parcel goes missing, we have to start an investigation, but we have to provide all the details to UPS. An investigation can take around 10 working days and as just discussed, we will launch an investigation. We will always help the customer correctly or come up with a suitable solution. Patience is a virtue!

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. I looked directly at order number: #106784 and I see that Klarna did not accept your order and communicated that to us. We will never cancel an order without a reason, but if we do not receive permission from a third party, the system will automatically cancel your order. If you want more information, I recommend you contact Klarna. They can look further into your order/payment history. Hopefully I have sufficiently informed you with this.
