Fast delivery was great, products great. If you can get the bottles, 250 at least, have not tried the smaller ones yet,to drop better, now you have to be very accurate with angle to get one and one drop out, but if you do not have it on perfect angle there will come 2 or more drops and it is annoying. Then you would have greatness. Some will try other companies because of that and you do not want anybody to go and try other companies products . Also people will hesitate to buy it as a gift to older people, family members, friends and so on because they might mix it wrong. Hope it helps and thank you for your great service and products.

The dispensers are terrible. Poor design. Already unable to use the top / closing part of the bottle. It is money wasted. 2) The telephone number on the label was written in tiny letters as well as it presented with a faded ink. No one can read it. No one called. The shipment nearly was returned to Germany! A company which has been in business for 10+ years? Sad! Both! No chance to order it again in this condition.

Hello Christian, we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your order and the shipping especially. 1. Problems in the shipping occur any other day to every company big or small, old or new, because we have nothing in our hands after we handed it over to DHL etc. and we can print the number in huge letters 5x on the label, they wont call you often because they just dont do it. We have no way to force them to call a customer even though we use the International PREMIUM parcel version and not the standard one at DHL since 1 year+ now. That is extremely unfortunate especially for customers like you who ordered from the other side of the world, we totally understand your frustration here. Sadly we can only urge every customer to check their DHL tracking links daily to avoid missing vital tracking infos which could result in an auto return to us (after 1-2 weeks). 2. Regarding our dispensers, well we do not design them ourselves we just buy them in bulk from a big supplier in the EU, but we are always happy if customers who have problems, sent us pictures so we can adapt, source other materials or even just refund money (e.g. for a damaged product) and at least show a 5 star service to them. So please feel free to shoot us an email with your described problems and we will further check it and try to fix it as best as possible. SORRY for your inconveniences!
