Pohvala za gđu SENIHU MURIĆ
Poštovani,
radi određenih tehničkih poteškoća prilikom instalacije kupljenog programa bili smo primorani obratiti Vam se za pomoć. Kako su svi operateri bili zauzeti na našu molbu za povratni poziv javila se ubrzo gđa SENIHA MURIĆ.
Ne znam kako uopće dovoljno zahvaliti gđi na ljubaznosti, požrtvovnosti, želji da pomogne... naš kontakt s kratkim prekidima trajao je gotovo 2 sata tijekom kojih se gđa nije predavala tražeći rješenje problema, a ja se već s neugodom ispričavala radi istog, ni u jednom trenutku nije pokazala bilo kakvu nervozu - dapače, toplo i ljudski (na trenutke i kroz šalu) davala je sve od sebe da se problem riješi. Kako je greška zapravo u našoj tehnici i prethodno instaliranom programu, gđa me savjetovala o mogućim opcijama za rješenje te napomenula kako ju slobodno mogu kontaktirati, a da mi neovisno o tome može biti izvršen i povrat plaćenih sredstava.
Cijeli slučaj za nevjericu - a "točka na i" je bila informacija da gđa zapravo i nije zadužena za ovakve slučajeve, ali je eto, budući da se javila, tu se stavila na raspolaganje ...
Još jedanput - nemam dovoljno riječi kojima bih gđu nahvalila... žao mi je da je gđa locirana u Brnu (mi u Zagrebu) pa nemamo mogućnosti s gđom "popiti kavu" ili joj dostaviti makar čokoladu u znak zahvale te ovim putem molim da Vaša tvrtka na neki način uzme u obzir ovu moju zahvalu uz srdačne pozdrave i najljepše želje gđi Senihi Murić.

The key was used on too many machines and didn't want to apply. Finally forced it to accept using the microsoft universal key in offline mode first. Was one click from demanding a reimbursement.

Just the delivery time was a bit slower than expected.
In case I needed the keys within 1-2 days for business usage I wouldn't be brave enough to use Forscope.
