On time shipping and helpful notifications
I've never had a problem with ordering from Gilisymo. The shipping is always quick and they send notifications letting me know my order status so I never have to wonder what's happening with my purchase. Their customer service is also very helpful.

They had a selection of cover glasses that I was unable to find elsewhere. DHL shipping being the only available shipping option was prohibitively expensive.

thank you very much for your feedback.
In the past, we had low cost shipping for at least 2 years, but the quality of the service was not good, and customers complained. DHL is expensive but a professional solution. What we can do to improve this point is to add more professional carriers and provide more choices to customers.
