I couldn't find a UK dealer for this, so got hit with the import duty at the carrier, but it was worth it. This is an amazing bit of kit. No more dipping strips to find out what's going on with the water. Also, the device sits in the skimmer on our tub so we don't even see it. Our water has never been safer!!

The help line isn't as good as a few months ago. The on line chat is a chat bot which can only ask certain questions. If your answer doesn't fit the responses it just goes back to the beginning when you need to chat to an actual person. The contact form response is greater then 72 hours. I used both services back in April 23 and coated with an actual person who sorted my problem out very quickly. Please revert back

Great product and great service
Easy to deal with, quick to send product to the UK. Product is amazing. Make sure you have decent outdoor WiFi.
