Unless we are mistaken, we have checked your ticket in our database. Your request was dated Thursday 8 August, to which we replied on 12 August. Due to the 15 August bank holiday, there was a slight delay in entering your order. However, you received your order on 26 August.

We regret that our ICO V1 product did not give you complete satisfaction. We have worked continuously to improve quality. -The electronic board and components of ICO v2 have been optimised to ensure greater product resistance in particularly aggressive environments, such as spas.
