We had tried Henri Willig a few years ago when we were in Amsterdam, so we knew that it was a premium cheese and that we liked it. We were in Rotterdam recently and visited the shop located in the Markthal. The gentleman there was very helpful. We were able to try several different cheeses and choose our favorite. I decided that I wanted to bring home about 10 hunks of cheese as gifts, so the nice man talked with me about shipping. I placed an order when I got home, and the service was excellent. Easy to use website, and we ordered 2 organic and 8 Extra Old Cow Cheese (our favorite). The cheese arrived 2 days later via FedEx. Everyone who I have given the cheese to has enjoyed it as much as my husband and I do. I love being able to share things that we find on our travels with family and friends, and was a grand slam gift. And there might be a few hunks of cheese in my refrigerator that were a gift to my husband and me. We like eating the cheese as part of a charcuterie board, but I’ve heard back from a couple of people, one who has used the cheese in an omelet and one who has made grilled cheese sandwiches with it. I believe I’ll be ordering again.

I made my order on August 19th, 2023 and have YET to receive any update about my order, let alone my order itself. Nothing has been delivered to me and the last I checked, it said that the label has been put on it, but it hasn't even left the facility yet! For someone who was planning on being a long time customer, this is very sad and am not interested in making any orders in the future with poor customer service like this.

Perfect products, web site and payment connection to improve...
The products are very good (a little bit expensive...) but the web site often buggs... especially when there is a promotion/offer, sales etc. Very difficult to use it and difficuties to pay (try with 3 different cards!). Otherwise I'd gave 5* !

Cheeses are all very good, don't change the products.
Aspects of the checkout process over the past few years have resulted in my unintentionally double ordering to certain addresses. Not sure what the problem is, me or the system, but it is frustrating to, upon receiving confirmation of orders, to have to write back requesting one of them be canceled. Don't know the cure, just have seen the problem repeat.

Very prompt and efficient processing of the shipping. In the past, delivery has been as notified but this year, I experienced a delay and my parcel was stuck at one of the transit ports. It sat there for a few days and I became worried if it would be properly delivered. Originally planned to be delivered on a Friday but actual delivery was Wednesday.
That is why I give it a 4 star instead of 5

The cheese was pretty good just like the other times. However, because the weather is a little hot, and the shippment is delayed a little, outside of the cheese was melted. And later, I continue to see that the cover was not touching the cheese as its before. But overall, taste was great.

I love how responsive your team is to questions and always willing to give details about products. Also your prices are very competitive for the quality. I wish you shipped to more places like Canada and Scotland. My work around was to ship to a friends in USA who is sending it to me.

Overall loved everything
Me and my husband loved the garlic and herbs cheese the favor was very nice. The cheese spreads were very good too and would be nice at a party or get together. The beer cheese was nice but did not have a special favor but glad I tried it. The lamb I brought is very cute and soft.

I HAVE BOUGHT HENRI WILLIG CHEESE PRODUCT FOR SOME YEARS AND HAVE BEN VERY SATISFIED, BUT THIS YEAR I HAD A SMALL PROBLEM WITH THE BILLING AS MY INVOICE WAS WITH U.S. DOLLARS BUT MY CREDIT CARD WAS POSTED IN DUTCH. OTHER THAN THAT THEIR PRODUCT IS VERY GOOD.

Warm cheese!
We received our cheeses on a very warm day. The box was almost demolished and there was only some styrofoam peanuts for insulation? I was very surprised at the condition of the box.
The cheese is excellent as usual! And that is the reason I gave a 4 of 5.

Suggest and opinion
I suggest opening branches in the Emirates and Dubai so that we can buy products without trouble, or even distributors for your products
We need discounted offers because the prices of your cheeses are expensive compared to other competing cheeses

Good selection. Good delivery. When you buy a specific package, one is not sure what you are getting.
Pesto was not that good. Not much flavor. I wouldn't have bought it as a single item. Other cheeses in the package were good.

Small tip: in the Combination 5 cheese is besides Cow cheese Herbs & Garlic, Baby Gouda, Cumin Cheese and Organic Truffle Cheese, always a Green Pesto Cheese included. If this flavor is not your favorit, the combination of 4 cheeses (Herbs & Garlic, Red Paprika, Cumin, Baby Gouda) may be the right one for you.

The delivery company is very bad. It arrived late, and the worst thing is that the waffle was not stored in a good and cool place. It arrived melted and sticky and the syrup was out.

We are very delighted that you received your order from the Netherlands to the US within 48 hours.
As for the quality, we can fully reassure you. All Henri Willig cheeses are prepared to stay outside the refrigerator for about three weeks.
Even a short time in summer temperatures is no cause for concern.
If the cheese is a bit soft due to the high temperatures, it will regain its delicious consistency after a few hours in the refrigerator.
