I like the high standards of your productrange, reasonable prizes, warranty, clear website information (product specifications including compatibilities), wide range of payment options and speed of delivery. What could you do beter? Well, contrary as mentioned on the website I did not recieve a UPS return consignment note for the pickup of my old battery.

I am sure the batteries would have been fine, but unfortunately there was a surprise on delivery of an extra cost; nearly £70 in import duties and I think that the site could have done a lot better by making the Customer aware of this likelihood. With hindsight, I might have known but this happens to be the first time I have encountered this issue so had not taken it into account. Other sites I have used, however, do make this clear and some even add the duty to the overall price and there are no surprises as everything is transparent and clear. Live and learn, as they say...
