I first purchased what I thought was an authentic Cuckoo clock on Amazon, not knowing what to look for. I wanted to surprise my husband since he grew up in Wisconsin where the majority of the population is of German ancestry. We live in Hawaii where I grew up. He mentioned that his parents had a cuckoo clock and that he would like to have one again someday. The clock I found on Amazon was made of thin layers of wood pressed together. It was battery operated and the weights were made of plastic. I returned it immediately and did a little more research. I found that the first thing your site presented was a questionnaire. That was perfect because I didn’t know that there was so much more to know before purchasing a clock. It was educational which was something I really needed. I let my husband pick out the design he wanted. Very similar to the one he grew up with. I needed to contact someone about a discount code and got a response immediately. The site included all the information needed and the delivery was surprisingly fast. I was able to assemble the clock myself easily with the instructions provided. We are enjoying it everyday. My daughter and I sometimes just sit and watch it turn on the hour just to see the bird pop out. 😂

Produit très fragile,ayant nécessité le changement de la boîte à musique,les poids trop lourds pour la mécanique à musique trop faible donc usure anormale ! Plusieurs fois révisé chez un horloger professionnel pour des pannes de sonnerie.Bref,cela m'a coûté très cher.Mieux vaut s'orienter vers des coucou électronique bien plus fiable dans le temps ! J'en ai acheté deux autres qui fonctionnent très bien depuis des mois!
