Laco was entirely prompt with their response to my email enquiry. I was given precise detail about my intended purchase and the international shipping to my destination country. The dispatch of my watch was conducted earlier than expected. The packaging was done safe and secure. The watch arrived in a beautiful and unique box and zippered case. Overall, the service from Laco was professional and of the highest standard.

Shipping was terrible. I had planned on buying another watch, but after paying $60euro for shipping, their chosen carrier kept on returning the package to the depot for almost a week, costing me time. I’d consider buying from them if they didn’t use fedex

Never got the order due to a strange billing problem with Amazon. So not sure why I have been sent this review. Would have been nice to have had some more supportive/clearer early communication on the issue.

I'm a little disappointed

I ordered on the 14th and sent two emails. Of course, I haven't received a reply email yet. The order status has not been updated for a week either. It's still 'in progress' like the first day.

Disappointed

I received a non-operational watch. The technical service offered to repair it instead of replacing it, so I demanded a refund. I've ordered a new one; we'll see how it goes with this one.
