There was a bug in our system that resulted in the codes not being sent properly. Regarding the phone it might be that the lines were busy or it was a call outside of our operating times. The money was refunded now to the credit card.

paid on Dec 15 shipped on Dec 18 stopped in a Fedex warehouse in Teverola IT from 21 December has not yet been delivered I am disappointed because they were Christmas presents 1 star

Sorry that it takes longer than usual for FedEx to deliver the item. We just refunded the shipping cost. It should be delivered today.

We are sorry that the quality of the item is horrible. In rare cases it can happen that the vinyl received has a pressing fault or similar errors. Please get in touch for a replacement or a refund.

The shop says delivery 5-6 days. More and more orders lately are taking more than 2 weeks to get here. My last specific order left the shop on the 29th of November and I still haven't received it. Also, the FedEx courier from my town haven't received it yet. Apart from this there was also an old order that was never sent.

We are sorry that the items take longer to be delivered. Unfortunately the items seem to be stuck somewhere in the shipping process with FedEx. We contacted FedEx now to resolve the issue. In the worst case, a full refund is possible.

It's unfortunate that records are not yet received. An unregistered shipping method was chosen which means that it can still arrive. It can take up to a few weeks. Please get in touch with us via e-mail if the records haven't been received in maximum two weeks.
Unfortunately, I couldn't pay with my Ukrainian card, the payment was rejected on the side of this site

The payment was denied because the country of the shipping address does not match the country in which the credit card is registered.

Your services didn't transmit all the address informations to UPS. Because of that, the order couldn't be delivered, CONTRARY TO WHAT IS WRITTEN HERE. The order is sadly returning back to HHV in Berlin. Please read my today's email from my mail pierre-reysseguier@wanadoo.fr I've sent a mail to HHV customer services too, both today. I'm not satisfied at all. I'd like to have this order back please.

We are sorry that UPS couldn't deliver your package. In rare cases this can happen unfortunately. Of course a refund will be issued as soon as we receive the items back. In the meanwhile please get in touch to clarify the mistake properly.

Some of the goods were not sent by fedex (as supposed to be sent) and without any tracking number. Still waiting for a particular order that was sent on june 25th. Usually orders arrive in less than a week. I'm hugely disappointed by this

It's very unfortunate there was a mistake in the shipping process and the package got accidently sent with the wrong forwarder. Money was refunded.
Records were lost and nobody knew where they were. Customer service was kinda rude and seemed unhelpful. Not a good experience at all.

We are sorry that FedEx couldn't directly deliver the package. FedEx was contacted from our behalf to make an investigation. Your package has been received.
I Can't recomend this e-shop. The t-shirt which I bought in this e-shop wasn't in good quality. The e-shop refused my Complaint with excuse that I didn't keep the instruction during washing. But I kept the instruction. It isn't fair behaivour. I'm disapointed

We are sorry that the t-shirt you bought wasn't in good quality. The shirt cracks referred to lead back to a wrong way of washing for which we don't offer any liability unfortunately. We do advert that the instructions should be followed and that there is no return or refund possible for the items in that case.

I have not received my goods. The courier tried to deliver during working hours when I am at work. They did not provide contact information so I can arrange a delivery. I am quite satisfied with HHV but the courier could improve.

It's very unfortunate that the quality of our forwarder is not sufficient in this case. We understand the situation but confirm that FedEx delivered the package successfully yesterday.

I have ordered plenty of records from Europe and only twice have I been forced to pay customs fees. This being one of them. I am confused as to why I was charged. Retailers like Juno and JPC never, ever arrive with fees to pay. I regret buying from HHV. It's not the first time I've ordered from you, but it's definitely the last. In the end I totally overpaid for these items and I am unhappy.

We are sorry for the inconvenience regarding your order. However it is stated in our terms that importing fees due to customs have to be always paid by the buyer.

I liked the shop, but they messed up this order, they reactivated an order that they have cancelled 2 days ago and i have already ordered my records from a different shop. The customer service was very poor. I am still waiting for my money.

My package came in missing 2 out of the 4 items. I don’t know if it’s the shops fault but the bag appeared to have been torn open and retaped sometime during transit. Definitely won’t be ordering here again.

I ordered and paid right away. Tracking told me the parcel was delivered. I have never seen it, neither neighbors. Various complaints did not clarify anything after more than two weeks. I informed Paypal.
