Die Platten waren wie beschrieben. Nur leider waren sie nicht gut genug verpackt, so dass zwei Plattencover oben durchstossen waren (bei eingeschweisster Neuware schwer zu verhindern, aber es war auch eine secondhand-Platte dabei und da ist es leicht, die Platte zum Transport aus dem Cover heraus zu nehmen.
It’s a shame and not professional. I bought a vinyl more than 9 months ago and they waited all these time to told me that he is not available. When I bought this release from 90’s tapes, it was just already new and I’m sure that I’m always in the first to ordered it. Now if I want it I need to pay twice ! Only response that they gave me is a shortage but it is impossible because like I said, I was in the first to ordered it and at this time it was available. Very angry and very poor service from them.
They only give me a small voucher code of 10€ ?? Wow I am very happy after bought more than 1000€ of vinyls. Really HHV ??
And last, they must do something for us bonus coins. A system that recognizes the buyer and save and accumulate all the bonus coins we rewarded. Like that we won’t loose anything and it is most fair.
Usually I am always happy with HHV but this time I am very angry because I’m sure that they took my vinyl on my order in waiting since 9 month and sell or give to another. When someone paid for, you must take it away from your regular stock and reserve. It is just a respect.
HHV should really reconsider using Fedex as its only delivery partner for shipping internationally, in this case, to Switzerland. Fedex is the ONLY courier service in Switzerland that a) does not offer you the option online to indicate that the courier can leave the package at the door before the first delivery attempt, b) does not even allow a courier to leave a package at the door when nobody is home even if so indicated by a note left by the recipient and c)cannot indicate approximately when they will deliver. As a consequence, every time I receive a Fedex package at home I either have to stay at home the entire day or go through a convoluted process to request redelivery after the first attempt. This is just bad customer service, and I would stromgly suggest you switch to DHL or even just the regular postal services, which are EXCELLENT in Switzerland.

I placed the order more than two weeks ago and i'm still waiting for the parcel to arrive. The company in Spain in charge of delivering the goods (Tipsa) is no good, they've been holding the package for three days for no reason.

Don’t chose the lowest cost international shipping
While I know the issues I had aren’t directly with HHV, the carrier they use took 2 weeks to deliver instead of the 5 days advertised, this was understandable due to customs and the holidays. But after waiting the 2 weeks the package came in really rough shape. I expected better for a vinyl I paid a lot of money for. I chose this carrier because it was the lowest cost but if I had known I would’ve chosen differently.

Refund policy
If you don’t have in stock anymore a item i ordered, it could be fair asking if i want to modify my order and let me choose even to cancel it before the delivery. I ordered two items to save on shipping costs and had a refund for the one i was more interested in.
At least give the customer the opportunity to add another record before the delivery…

Where is the old glory?
More often than not, records arrive damaged. I have lost items that went out of stock like that, ended up with imperfect condition ones. Customer support is relatively slow. When I first became a customer of HHV, I rarely had issues like this. But now it seems like the good old days are gone.

Box looked damaged or opened.
The box looked open or like it was damaged during the shipping process at least it was retaped. Everything was still inside, the CD's weren't damaged but some of the posters look like they might have been bent / creased.

Bad Quality Check and/or Shipping Packaging
More often than not, items arrive damaged and not in mint condition. Either they are bad at quality checks, or items get damaged during transport - they need to package better.
