They shipped my item and packed it well and it arrived safe(Im living in a 3rd world country) straight to my door. I just hoped that they can lessen the shipping fee if I use the other method( express shipping, DHL i think?). They also helped me with my concern regarding the delivery address. I hope that they are also fast in answering inquiries regarding their products because I’ve been waiting for a reply for almost a week now

I liked the purchase process, from order to acknowledgement and shipping status. I like it had the product I was looking for. This is my second time to order this watchband from WatchPlaza and both orders have been excellent. The one thing they can do better is find another of this particular watch band for me.

Good company selling genuine parts
Prices were slightly more favourable than other suppliers for my item. Genuine Seiko item but cannot comment how it performs as not yet fitted into my watch.
Delivery a little slow which may be down to postal service but otherwise quite satisfied and will order from them in the future.

They were the only ones proposing the good I was looking for. Thus I ordered the original wrist band for my Tissot watch. Price was competitive but real delivery lead time was a bit more than expected. I started thinking the parcel was lost but finally made it
