I have to start off by saying we were really close to not placing the order at this shop simply because of all the other poor ratings. I took my time to go through ALL the poor ratings and discovered the dissatisfaction stemmed from poor estimates on the delivery time. So we placed the order thinking, worst case it arrives in 1 month. Guess what? It took 2 days to have my huge power bank delivered to Sweden. Honestly this shop was excellent! I could track my shipping through UPS up until the last stop. You guess did great on this one, thanks.
My order is stuck in transit since May 13th. There are no updates on DHL side and Photospecialist customer service is extremely slow in providing a solution. I paid more than €350 + €14.99 in shipping with the expectation that the order will be delivered within 5 business days. Again, no tracking info and absolutely no proactivity in fixing this. I need the product with URGENCY for business purposes and my order is clearly LOST. Please re-ship a new article or refund asap and I'll take my business elsewhere. This is a horrible experience and I feel scammed. I'll make sure to share my experience on all social media platforms and review sites as this is absolutely terrible and no customer should go through this bother after paying so much money for something that has been lost by the shipping company. If the product is lost , I shouldn't be the one paying the consequences. A good business practice would be opening an investigation with DHL and compensate the customer right away with a new shipment or a refund.
Sorry it took so long sometimes our packages get stuck in customs, luckily it arrived. Hope you enjoy it and thanks for the review.

I rang to explain the situation spoke to a guy called Casper who said he would email me with labels to return the 2 x lens which I do not require still await labels . My bank account was debited x 3 and I need the excess funds credited to my bank ac

It could have been 5 stars if they had tested it before sending the Denon CD out of the box. So they lost confidence. I just had trouble with this purchase.

I am sorry to hear that. We do not test new items before sending, this way we can keep the boxes closed. We only test accassions before we send them out, but I will take your feedback to the correct department. This way we can improve our services.

The staff seems friendly and were quick to respond the questions. But I ordered 4 items and they send me only 1. Had to send the other 3 in another package. Lack of attention. Hence the 3 stars. But I would order from them again.

Article manquant et problème toujours non résolu
J'ai eu un problème de livraison. En effet il manquait un objectif.
Je ne sais pas ce qui s'est passé mais cela fait plus d'une semaine et on ne m'a toujours pas proposé de solutions.
Le service après-vente pour moi à des efforts à faire.
De plus je pars bientôt au Canada, donc je vous serai grès de me récontacter au plus vite.

C'est ennuyeux de lire cela. J'ai saisi vos coordonnées et je vois que ma collègue a indiqué le 17 mai qu'elle allait se renseigner sur la raison pour laquelle l'objectif n'était pas inclus.
